Position Yourself in the Park!

The iconic Centennial Homestead is set in the heart of Sydney’s Centennial Park, boasting unsurpassed views over rolling green lawns.  We are seeking an experienced Junior Sous Chef to join our professional kitchen team. You'll be reporting to the Head Chef and will be a mentor to the rest of the kitchen team.

Do you have?

  • 5+ years’ experience in a professional kitchen
  • Able to work five days across a seven day operation
  • Qualifications or trade experience equivalent
  • Prepared to work across multi outlets including restaurant service, events and functions
  • Exceptional grooming and pride in presentation
  • Easy access to transport for occasional early starts and late finishes
  • You are passionate, dedicated, reliable and are willing to learn
  • Experience in ordering, stock control, and training staff ideal
